We have four dogs and a cat. The carpet in our living room and stairs was a mess. I called New Way Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Service, and now the carpet looks and smells AMAZING. Once I reached out for services, I had an appointment within a couple of days. I was concerned that the carpet would be soaking wet right after being cleaned, but surprisingly it was not. I touched it a few minutes after he left, and it felt dry. Wayne is so friendly and professional. I 100% recommend this company for carpet cleaning. I will be using again.
